What can we do for you? We are experienced and knowledgeable in the antique and auction business. Our location in the center of the New York antique region makes us ideal for liquidating antiques. We offer very competitive rates and work closely with sellers to develop a marketing plan. We do extensive advertising, including mailed flyers. We are able to provide the needed solutions for getting the most money for the seller's assets in the least amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience. We lead our clients through the auction process step by step so they know exactly what to expect. Straight percentage, no hidden costs; i.e. storage, trucking, employees, advertising. A computerized listing of the sold merchandise is provided along with payment. All of our employees are polite, hardworking and informed. They are on the payroll and are insured. Bidders are registered quickly & efficiently using our fully computerized auction service. Everything sold "as is, where is." Buyers are responsible for their purchases when auctioneer says "SOLD." The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are final. All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves the premises. Auctioneer is acting agent only. The auctioneer's decision is final. Announcements by Auctioneer take precedence over printed matter. Upon registration to bid the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.
